Our expert team is available for design collaborations that can turn a vision into something tangible and cost effective to manufacture. In order to assist our clients reduce service costs, we also accept various completed Computer Aided Design (CAD) files.

Flat Laser
Utilizing the latest in cutting technology ensures that your product is created exactly as intended, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish. Our load-unload system allows for a quick turnaround during large production runs. Also our oversize beds of 72″x144″ can handle big parts for all needs.

Tube Laser
Our Dedicated 4 Axis Tube Laser is a versatile CNC Machine that allows us to give the customer a quality part with an exceptionally fast lead time at a lower cost than the conventional methods of saw cutting, notching, drilling and grinding.

Water Jet
Our Waterjet utilizes a high pressure stream of water to erode a narrow line in the stock material. We cut a wider range of materials from various types of conductive steel to nonconductive plastics, foams and wood. A granular abrasive is added to the waterjet, increasing the cutting power at the head. This flexibility greatly enhances the versatility of a waterjet machine, as it can easily switch from cutting 1/16″ thick soft plastic to 10ga thick Titanium

We have a large selection of dies and tooling to accommodate all types of bends. We are able to manufacture our own fixtures for the more complex jobs.

Our welders have experience in many different types of welding: MIG TIG welding on all types of metals such as Stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel. Our welders take pride in a clean finished product including all aspects of assembly and fitments.

What is your lead time?
Our lead time is based on complexity. If a given part requires cutting only, our turnaround time is 2-3 business days, if forming is required add 2-3 business days.
